Dear Visitor

Unfortunately, at our last CQC inspection our rating was downgraded from ‘Good’ to ‘Requires improvement’. We would like to make it clear that the improvement required was solely a management and paperwork issue and nothing to do with the actual care we offer. We have a new manager in place and most of the outstanding improvements have now been made. We are working closely with Southend City Council to finalise the upgrades and to ensure that everything is in order so we can be fully confident that the next CQC inspection will return a rating of ‘Good’.

Best Regards,
Manor Rest Homes
